From baking pies to sprouting sprouts, Judy has been making "slow food" (as opposed to "fast food") since 1992. Her focus is on bringing garden veggies to deliciousness, using the highest vibrational and nutrition-dense ingredients that do NOT contain glyphosate or glutamate, PCBs or other toxins. She began her culinary adventures by learning to make Indian food, and now has an arsenal of more than 100 spices on hand. Since 2018, Judy has been making vegan creations from scratch, including making her own non-dairy cheese, yogurt, and other ferments.
